Fairwater & New Inn Veterinary Surgeries

Emma grew up in East Yorkshire where she spent most of her free time as a teenager working with animals and hoping to gain a place at veterinary college. She trained at Edinburgh University, and qualified as a vet in 1998. Her first two years after qualifying were spent in mixed practice in Northumberland, followed by two years in a small animal practice in North Devon, before joining Fairwater in 2002. She lives with her partner, three children and two dogs in Herefordshire. Outside work most of her time is spent looking after her children, but also enjoys walking, horse riding & gardening.
